We’ve had a few hunts under our belt now, and the fields are starting to show it.
Native grasses are knitting together in the low spots—more insects, better cover, tighter birds. This covey held right where we’ve been rebuilding the patch for a while, which is the kind of confirmation you only get by walking it day after day.
