Finished this one up today. This home was a unique situation where most of the home has no foundation and sits on piers. To hide this they had framed knee walls down to ground level. In the front of the house the soil grade was all pitched toward the house. To keep the grade away from the house, stonewalls were utilized. Riverstone was placed behind the walls to help keep the white siding clean and moisture away. Belgian block was then added around the perimeter of the home along with riverstone. Underneath the riverstone and landscape fabric, chicken wire was placed to help with burrowing woodchucks.
