Three new ships. One of the biggest expansions in Uniworld's history. And bookings for 2028 just opened.

S.S. Helen on the Danube, S.S. Clara on the Rhine, and Mekong Mystique in Southeast Asia are set to bring Uniworld's fleet to 22 ships total. We caught this the week it broke, and here's the part that actually matters for you. The best cabin categories and departure dates on a brand new ship go first, always. Not because of hype, because there just aren't that many of them.

If a river cruise has been sitting on your someday list, this is a real reason to move it up.

The full 2028 Uniworld collection is linked in the comments. Take a look, and let us know which river speaks to you.

We accidentally walked into a Michelin starred restaurant on our last Celebrity sailing and had absolutely no idea until the sommelier sat down with us like we were old friends.

We'd been trying to rebook our usual table, clicked the wrong thing, and ended up at Le Voyage, a French fine dining spot by Michelin starred Chef Daniel Boulud. We ordered the beef tartare on a whim. We are still talking about that meal.

That trip is a big part of why we're going live this Wednesday, July 8th at 5PM Central with Daniel Neely from Celebrity. If you've been curious about Celebrity Cruises, or you've been sitting on the idea of seeing a total solar eclipse and not knowing where to start, this is your time and place to ask every single question you've had.

We'll walk through Ascent and Xcel, the two ships Celebrity has chosen for the 2027 Eclipse of the Century, the longest stretch of totality the world will see until 2114, side by side. Real itineraries, real pricing, and Daniel Neely from Celebrity answering everything live alongside us.

No obligation. Just come curious.

Have you been curious about Celebrity Cruises but never had a reason compelling enough to actually pull the trigger? We've been getting that question a lot lately, and we figured the Eclipse of the Century, the longest stretch of totality the world will see until 2114, might just be the reason.

This Wednesday, July 8th at 5PM Central, Mallory and I are going live with Daniel Neely from Celebrity to walk through Ascent and Xcel, the two ships chosen for the 2027 eclipse sailings. We'll cover both itineraries side by side, the eclipse viewing plan, real pricing, and every question you've been sitting on.

No obligation. Just come curious.

My favorite Fourth of July didn't involve a passport.

It was a week in a small condo in Perdido Key with Mallory and the whole family. The sand was so white it almost looked fake, and we did absolutely nothing impressive. Dad took over the grill and burned an entire plate of sausages nobody wanted, which is how "sausages for snacks" became the joke of the trip. We're still saying it years later.

And the food I remember most from that week wasn't the cupcakes or the junk food. It was the watermelon. The kind with seeds, chilled in the cooler, eaten outside where it didn't matter if juice dripped everywhere.

We plan trips to Europe and cruises all over the world, and we love those. (Yes, we're those travel agents.) But some of the best trips we've ever taken happened right here at home, driving Highway 1 with the windows open or standing in Yellowstone wondering how a place like that is just a road trip away.
If your PTO is adding up while you wait for a trip that feels big enough to plan, swipe through. This one's for you.

Seeds or seedless? Settle it in the comments. 🍉

I almost didn’t want to leave this room.

And I say that as someone who has seen a lot of rooms.

The Haven on Norwegian Encore is genuinely in a category of its own. Your own entrance. Your own pool deck. A butler who learns your preferences by day two. Alaska happening right outside your window.

(It is a lot. In the best possible way.)
This is the kind of trip that ruins you for regular travel. You have been warned.

DM me HAVEN and let’s talk about getting you in one of these rooms for you next Alaskan Cruise✈️

The way everyone else showed up though… 😍

Scarlet Night on Virgin Voyages isn’t just a party. It’s the party.

Think all red everything, high energy, and a ship that fully commits to the moment.
Wearing red isn’t a cute suggestion. It’s how you become part of it.

The lights, the vibe, the photos… it all hits different when you’re in on it.

So yes, this is your reminder pack the red dress. Trust your travel agent.

Most people don’t realize their Alaska cruise doesn’t include Glacier Bay… until it’s too late.

If we haven’t met yet, hi— from Allison & Mallory, owners of Sunset Chasers Travel Agency, and we design done-for-you travel experiences for people who are too busy to risk getting it wrong.

Most of my clients come to us after realizing how overwhelming travel planning actually is… especially when the details matter as much as they do with a trip like Alaska.

Here’s the part most people don’t know:
Less than 30% of Alaska cruises are allowed into Glacier Bay.

And unless you know exactly what to look for, it’s very easy to assume your itinerary includes it… when it doesn’t.

That’s where we come in.

We get the list of permitted ships and sailing dates every year, so you don’t have to second-guess your decisions or spend hours trying to decode cruise itineraries.

You tell us what matters—like Glacier Bay being non-negotiable—and we build the trip around that.

Because the goal isn’t just to take time off…

It’s to come back knowing you did it right.

If Glacier Bay is on your list, comment GLACIER BAY and I’ll help you make sure you’re booking the right one.

Most people think planning a Europe trip is about where to go.

But what’s changing in 2026 is a reminder that it’s really about how the experience feels.

The new Entry/Exit System (EES) is going to shift how travelers move through Europe — especially in the beginning. Longer processing times, new procedures, and less predictability at borders.

None of this is a problem…
unless your trip is built with zero margin.
That’s where most people run into issues.
They plan too tightly.

They underestimate timing.
They end up managing logistics instead of enjoying the trip.

This is exactly why we design trips differently.

We build in space.
We remove decision fatigue.
We think about the parts you don’t know to think about yet.

So when things change (because they always do), your trip still feels easy.

If Europe is on your radar for 2026, let’s get ahead of it now.
