That's my Christmas bread pudding with Jack Daniels whiskey sauce. I make it with the original po' boy bread 'John Gendusa'. Those of you that have taken my tour will remember me telling the history of the PO BOY AND WHY YOU CAN'T GET ONE OUTSIDE OF NEW ORLEANS. That plate was from Tony Moran's restaurant, which was in the Old Absinthe House. I ran it for 7 years, Tony passed several years ago his dad was Diamond Jim Moran, their real name was Brocato. Tony was a great man, he taught me plenty. Come on down, take my tour I have so many great stories to tell, a lot are from my own experiences. https://www.ybp2nola.com
