Had an awesome day on the water with a great couple visiting from Texas! First time fishing in South Louisiana and Mallory landed her very first big redfish - what a moment!
We had a nice mix of catches throughout the day, plenty of laughs, and wrapping it all up, relaxing back at the camp on the bayou.
Cheers to making memories, catching fish, and enjoying the good life on the water.

Still Red October-No Trout Yet!
We kicked the week off with a catch and release trip - calm and hot in the marsh - but plenty of action. Landed several redfish and black drums.
The rest of the week was strictly meat hunters. And they didn't disappoint - coolers filled and dinner served.
Still waiting on those trout, but Red October's living up to its name!
