With cooler days ahead, a little sunshine on the calendar sounds pretty good! Here are a few gentle reminders from your travel bff as we head into busy season!
1. My planning services are complimentary, but there’s plenty of care behind them. ❤️
You don’t pay an additional planning or booking fee to work with me. I’m paid by the travel suppliers after you travel.
From researching resorts and comparing options to keeping track of payments and helping you prepare, I put time and thought into your vacation. My goal is to help you feel confident, prepared and excited!
2. Reach out when you’re ready to turn those vacation ideas into plans. ✈️
You don’t need to know exactly where you want to go or which resort to choose. That’s what I’m here for! Having an idea of your dates, budget and what you want from your trip gives us a great starting point.
When we find the right fit, you should be ready to secure it with the required deposit. Prices and availability can change quickly, and a quote doesn’t lock in your vacation.
Planning ahead is especially helpful for families who need certain room types or are working around school breaks!
3. Keep me in the loop. 💬
Need more time to decide? Changed your dates? Putting the trip on hold? Just let me know!
I understand that life happens and priorities change. A quick update helps me know where things stand. And when you’re ready to revisit your plans, we’ll look at current pricing and availability together.
4. Let’s talk about budget and value. 🌊
I am not one of those travel agents that only posts “deals”. I work with a wide range of budgets, and I want you to get the best bang for your buck! But my job goes beyond finding you the lowest price. Sometimes, spending a little more gets you an experience that’s a much better fit for what you want.
Value looks different for everyone. It might mean better food, a beautiful beach, more activities for the kids or a location that makes exploring easier. A great deal is only a great deal if you’re happy with the vacation you booked!
Tell me what matters most to you, and I’ll help you find the right balance between your budget and your wish list. If those aren’t lining up, I’ll be honest and we can explore different dates, destinations or options together. 💙
