Some trips are simply vacations.

Others become memories you'll talk about for years.

This November, we'll journey together through some of God's most spectacular handiwork—from the towering hoodoos of Bryce Canyon and the red cliffs of Zion to the grandeur of the Grand Canyon and Monument Valley.

But what makes this tour especially meaningful is the opportunity to worship and visit fellow believers serving in the Apache mission field in Arizona, along with Redemption Lutheran Church in St. George, Utah. These visits offer a unique glimpse into the Lord's work in places many of us would never experience on our own.

Along the way we'll enjoy scenic drives, comfortable hotels, wonderful fellowship, and finish our adventure with an unforgettable evening at the incredible Sphere in Las Vegas.

Flora and Fauna of Florida (and a Caribbean Cruise)!
The summer solstice is upon us, but soon, we'll be wanting a winter warmup. Join us Jan 23-Feb 7 for a 2+ week trip to the sunshine state. Our focus will be on the incredible natural aspects of God's creation in the region. We'll enjoy wildlife encounters with gators, dolphins, manatees, and maybe even monkeys...oh my! Gorgeous gardens, sparkling springs, shell seeking, citrus sampling, horse farms, and historical sites are also part of the plan. In partnership with WELS missions, we'll worship with and encourage our home missionaries and FL faith family along the way. Three nights each at three highly-esteemed hotels (a new Drury Plaza, a Staybridge Suites, and a Disney-area resort) allow you to settle in and enjoy your evenings. A free day at the resort offers an opportunity to just soak in the sun, relax in the lazy river, or take a visit to the nearby Disney park of your choice (+$150). But wait, that's not all. Our final 6 nights are spent in balcony cabins aboard the lovely Sky Princess as we cruise the Eastern Caribbean with ports in the Bahamas, Dominican Republic, and Turks & Caicos (drinks, wifi, and gratuities included). If Utah’s Mighty Five National Parks—Arches, Canyonlands, Capitol Reef, Bryce Canyon, and Zion—have been on your bucket list, this is your opportunity to see them all in one unforgettable adventure.

We're also excited to partner with WELS Missions as we visit and worship with fellow believers in the Apache mission field at Peridot/San Carlos and Whiteriver/East Fork, as well as a home mission (Redemption) in St. George, Utah.

Today is the long-awaited opening of our Adventures in Alaska Cruisetour and we are filling fast (over 3/4 full)! At $4995, it provides a great bang for the buck and gives an outstanding overview of this vast and remote region. We are fortunate to have 20 cabins (max 40 folks) heading to the Last Frontier from July 20-Aug 4 (peak season for wildlife viewing)! Lord willing, we'll start in Seattle and spend a day seeing the sights of North Cascades National Park. We then venture across into Canada, get a quick view of Vancouver, and embark on the Island Princess for a 7-night "Voyage of the Glaciers" cruise through the Inside Passage. All meals (plus our excursions in Ketchikan, Juneau, and Skagway) are included prior to our arrival on the Alaska mainland The six night land tour portion includes all transportation and accommodation in Princess Wilderness Resort lodges - stunningly set alongside Wrangell-St Elias and Denali National Parks. During the land tour, meals and excursions are at your discretion and on your dime. You can customize that portion to the pace and price you prefer. An optional flight from Minneapolis MSP to Seattle SEA on July 20 with a return from Fairbanks FAI to Minneapolis MSP on August 4/5 is available for an additional $500. Our second adventure last week took us to Minnesota’s stunning North Shore for Wildlife and Waterfalls! God blessed our group with safe travels—and even held off the rain—so we could fully enjoy the beauty of Lake Superior. Highlights included Enger Tower, the Leif Erickson Rose Garden, Canal Park, and the Lakewalk in Duluth. At the North American Bear Center and International Wolf Center, we learned about the rich wildlife of the Superior National Forest. A scenic drive up the coast brought us to a black sand beach, Split Rock Lighthouse, and the breathtaking Grand Portage waterfall on the Canadian border—plus a memorable meal at the historic Naniboujou Lodge. On the way home, we treated ourselves to Tobie’s famous caramel rolls, pizza at Cossetta’s, and a photo stop at the Cathedral of St. Paul. Special thanks to Pastor Dallas Miller who led our daily devotions and Shepherd of the Hills, Duluth who graciously let us use their beautiful sanctuary.
