Early Autumn is a terrific time to experience the Superior Shore, but time is running out to join our trip to that lovely location. We leave on Labor Day for a short but sweet (4-night) trek. We are excited to announce our 2024-25 tour offerings. Lord willing, we'll take two trips this fall with one heading north to the spectacular Superior Shores in September, and the other venturing south deep into the Heart of Texas in November. Our winter trips include a Caribbean Mission Cruise in January (with visits to our St Lucia, Grenada, and Antigua churches) and an early-March small-group journey to AZ for some Sun and Fun in Phoenix. All four are now OPEN FOR BOOKING at www.FathersWorldTours.com . The 2025 spring/summer slate won't be ready for registration until fall, but a Best of the Black Hills bus trip in May and I See London, I See France journey in June are both bound to be memory makers. On April 8, a total eclipse will be visible in the U.S. for the first time since 2017 and for the last time until 2044. Although a partial eclipse will be visible everywhere in the U.S., millions are flocking to be in the “path of totality”. Why? Those outside the “path” may not even notice their surroundings getting dark, whereas if the clouds cooperate, those in the “path” will get to experience the true celestial spectacle: the diamond ring, strange colors in the sky, and stars in the daytime. And don’t forget to listen to your surroundings as wildlife tends to react to a total solar eclipse suddenly passing overhead. Lord willing, those on our upcoming April 1-10 trip will be in the “path” (Mansfield, OH) for the event and will experience an unforgettable 3 minutes and 16 seconds of total darkness just after 3PM.
