Magwi county community are the Nilotic family belong to Sudanic family of languages spoken in North Africa, Eastern Africa, Western Africa, Central Africa, and partly Southern , The western group includes Luo, Dinka, Nuer and Burun; the eastern group includes Masai, Turkana & etc people of great lake and River Nile region whom pride themselves as Greenlander.
