Happy Hour fit for a Queen! In honour of The Platinum Jubilee of Elizabeth II, which will be celebrated on Sunday 6 February to mark the 70th anniversary of the accession of Queen Elizabeth II we're serving up a Dubbonet cocktail. The Queen's favorite drink is said to be composed of one part gin and two parts Dubonnet, poured over two ice cubes and topped with a slice of lemon. Cheers Your Majesty 🇬🇧

Happiest of Happy Hours! In honor of Australia Day this week, we're calling out “Cheers, Big Ears!” with an Aperol Spritz. Minor technicality that Aperol is Italian, our founder's first introduction to this refreshing cocktail was on a visit to Australia in 2016 and so it will always bring back fond memories of a first visit Down Under:
3 ounces (1 part) Aperol
3 ounces (1 part) dry Prosecco
1 ounce (a splash) club soda or unflavored sparkling water
Orange slice, for garnish
Add ice to a wine glass until it is nearly full. Pour in the Aperol, pour in an equal amount of Prosecco. Top your drink off with a splash of club soda and add a slice of orange. Enjoy!
