**Isla Verde gets a 4.5/5 on the PMPR Walkability Scale!**
If you want to wake up, walk to the beach, grab coffee, find somewhere for lunch, head back to the pool and still have plenty of options for dinner, drinks or a casino that night, Isla Verde makes vacation VERY easy.
Why 4.5 and not a 5?
You can do a LOT without a car, but some of Puerto Ricoās best experiences still require a quick Uber or drive. PiƱones, Old San Juan, La Placita, El Yunque, boat excursions and the Bio Bay are all outside your walkable bubble.
The beach is beautiful and generally a great option for a beach day, plus I love that youāre never far from food, drinks or hotel restaurants. And if youāre more of a pool person, several of the hotels offer day passes to their gorgeous pools.
