PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES WAS IMPOSED AT THE PADGETT PLACE GARDENS CONDOMINIUMS IN RESPONSE TO THE NOVEL CORONA VIRUS (COVID-19) OUTBREAK.

The management is closely monitoring the ins and outs of all the staff, residents and guests to ensure that The Padgett Place is Covid-free. Top priority is the health , safety and well-being of everyone inside the building. Increase frequency of disinfection to the entire building has been imposed as well. Alcohols and sanitizers are made available at the building entrance, front desk & elevator area.

Everyone is reminded to follow social distancing protocol, stay indoors as much as possible and most of all store healthy foods inside their units, take vitamin C and exercise. Gym and swimming pool is available at The Padgett to allow tenants & residents to exercise.
