RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE ASSISTANT:

Opportunity to support busy, growing law firm. We are looking for a legal assistant to support the residential real estate team. Responsibilities will include drafting preliminary title documents and amending them, online title research at various registries of deeds websites to find certain recorded documents, interact with paralegals and lenders on closing documents and timelines. Keep progress tracks of your own files and workload, which is self-managed. Conduct other various related duties as needed. Willing to train the right candidate.

Candidate must be organized, self-motivated, experience with Microsoft Word programs and computers, excellent communication skills and have ability to multitask and work in a very fast-paced environment. Experience in Ramquest preferred.

Compensation: Commensurate with Experience.
