The Grand Yamayuki Maguro

Tour is a dream I have carried for years… and in just two months, it will finally become reality.

I am deeply grateful to my friend, Yamaguchi-san, AKA the King of Tuna, for making this vision possible.

Imagine… sushi at its very highest level, crafted by masters such as Saito, Sakai, Arai, Namba, and Sato of Hakkoku, all sourcing their most exquisite tuna from Yamayuki .official

This journey will culminate in a Gala Maguro Party at Hakkoku.

The Most Beautiful Place on Earth!

I have to be honest. Nothing prepared me for my first visit to New Zealand. I was so busy before the trip that I left all the planning to ‘once we get there’.

This land had me at hello, and the two weeks we are here suddenly feels like we are only scratching the surface.

So we already booked our next trip in December.

And yes, there’s plenty of great food here if you have someone you trust to point it out for you.
