Our our retreat in 2025, our attendees received beautiful journals and matching project pouches. I have never kept a journal but with 2026, I decided to jump in and commit! I printed the stickers with an printer. SO CUTE!

My eye masks from my blepharoplasty coming in clutch! I went to the doc today after my knee hurting for a month. Found out it is riddled with arthritis, 4 bone spurs, sclerosis, and basically caving in to the inside. Got a cortisone shot. Currently hurt 100x worse than it did earlier. PT to see if it can get better. Oy.
