My place is a 4 minute walk to the Metro station and steps to Manhattan's trendiest bars, restaurants, cafes & boutiques. I provide all essentials during your stay such as: clean sheets, towels, cooking utensils, & fast WiFi. This is an old building in the East Village and it is by no means luxury but it has a

lot of charm and amazing location. It is really cool but it's best for couples or friends in their 20´s or 30´s or for startup tech business travelers. Note: If the keys get lost we will retain the security deposit. We provide starter kit: 1 roll of toilet paper, paper towel, shampoo, soap - after that you are responsible for replenishing
