👋 Bidding adieu to 2024. It’s been an exciting year of new business gains, as well as a bittersweet year that delivered a deeply personal loss.

🎂 CELEBRATED 5 whole years in business as a luxury travel advisor. Time really flies! I just can’t believe it.
🙏 THANKFUL for new and repeat clients that came my way, for the invaluable referrals, for my own personal travel experiences, and some growth spurts along the way.
✈️ BOOKED client trips to some magical destinations like Italy 🇮🇹, Dominican Republic 🇩🇴, Germany 🇩🇪, France 🇫🇷, Denmark 🇩🇰, and Belgium 🇧🇪.
📊 GAINED 12% more Facebook followers, and reached 1600 followers on Instagram.
🥂 INVITED to four face-to-face luxury sales meetings: (1) with my host agency Coastline Travel Group and Tafari Travel including a detailed site inspection at the The Ned NoMad hotel; (2) North American Showcase sponsored by The Leading Hotels of the World, Ltd.; (3) Luxury India Holidays; (4) My Private Villas.
⚓️ ENJOYED the River Cruise Expo in Amsterdam by ASTA - American Society of Travel Advisors. What an unforgettable and educational experience.
⛴️ SAILED on my first European River Cruise from Amsterdam 🇳🇱to Antwerp, Belgium 🇧🇪 with stops along the way in Kinderdijk, Slootdorp, Nijmegen, Gouda, Rotterdam, Dordrecht and The Hague.
📵 UNPLUGGED from the digital world for a few days on a laptop-free solo retreat in Mexico 🇲🇽 to recharge and renew. It rained cats and dogs and honestly that was glorious!

👸🏻 I had the good fortune of attending Natasha Horner’s retreat for Ladies Moving to Spain, a brilliant experience set in the Málaga region of Andalusia. Made new friends who share the same passions about living our best lives abroad. I could not be more excited about what the future holds for me in Europe!

A PERSONAL LOSS

✝️ My mother, Rosa María, departed on November 15th at the age of 97. I’m grateful to have been able to be with her for her last few days up until her last breath. I take comfort in knowing that she is now finally in peace, after having lived a long and rewarding life.

THE MOST GRATIFYING

🇺🇸 It was truly my honor to volunteer for the Harris/Walz campaign in the few months and weeks leading up to the election. Though the outcome was not what my party hoped for, it was an amazing experience to partake in voter registration, door-to-door canvassing, and working on the phone banks in passionate support of our candidates. It was the right thing to do and I would do it again. Hands down. In a HEARTBEAT.

To be retired from my NYC government day job and living full time in ESPAÑA. It’s SPAIN OR BUST!!!
