This right here…is why you need a travel agent! Last night at 9:42pm, American Airlines cancelled my clients flight and rebooked them two hours later at a different airport. My client was already sleeping and may or may not have seen the update from American in the morning before arriving at the wrong airport.

Instead, I called her directly to explain what happened, gave her updated flight details, checked her in for the new flight, and called her private transportation and corrected the flight number and arrival time all while she went back to sleep.

For those of you who are still booking your own travel arrangements…the next time you find yourself frustrated with a last minute change, remember that there is a better way 😉 Let a professional handle the details so all you have to do is show up!

I need to just gush about UNICO 20º87º Hotel Riviera Maya 💗 Have you ever checked into a hotel in Mexico or the Caribbean and had to stand on that really long check in line after spending half a day traveling? Yea, thats not a thing at UNICO.

You’re escorted straight from your private transfer to a comfortable seat in the lobby where you’re served a drink, checked in for your stay and introduced to your local host. You never even touch your luggage until it’s delivered to your room. Now that’s what I call a proper arrival 😉
