WAIT! How did he get past passport control for a flight that is going overseas?
I blame the process!
Not a single passenger can board that flight without going through passport control first! This article should have been written only agter so many questikna have been answered.

To all car rental companies not updating their rental location pick-up details (that I have so far noticed) Avis Car Rental, Budget Car Rental Hertz etc.
Belgrade Nikola Tesla airport DOES NOT have in-terminal rental offices anymore.

You have to exit the building(s) and head over towards the parking garage where a fast food style row of offices await you.
Forget "fast lane" or "gold service".

They will place a $7500 hold on your credit card for longer rentals. It's not a typo and you saw it right. Then you will have to walk upstairs looking for your car on your own with keys in hand and simply drive away.

If you rent from Budget it's a franchise location and your card will be charged by a "Panalex III Rent A Car"
