Good things happen to those who wait.
We knew we wanted to change the patio doors the moment we saw this house. We had many ideas of the kind of doors we might want. But someone suggested that we should wait after four seasons to get a good idea of how the rooms would be used and how it would interact with the outdoors throughout the seasons before we decide on the right kind of doors. .
We are so happy with the decisions we made and it was worth the wait.
We look forward to many days and nights enjoying the view of the pool, admiring the foliage, and watching the snow fall through these beautiful doors.

Exactly one year ago today, we closed on and started our vacation rental journey. We had little knowledge about the industry at the time and all of our friends warned us about the risks. All we had was our belief in creating a sanctuary for busy New Yorkers like ourselves. We ask ourselves “would you love this if you rented this house?” before every decision. This week, we finished our master bedroom decoration following the same principle and you bet we love how it turned out!

This year, this summer, will be different to say the least. But we take comfort in the fact that our house will provide a bit sanity and serenity to a few families in this crazy time. For those who had to cancel their vacations due to the pandemic, we will still be here after this is all over, better and stronger, and ready to help you create new memories for your family and friends!

New countertops are done!!! They came out better than we expected!

The last few weeks have taught me so much about patience and beliefs. No matter how much a 'typeA' you are, life has its own course and curves and will throw your perfect plans out of wack. But if you believe in what you do, not for the immediate benefits, but for the values that resembles who you are, life will take you to where you want to be sooner or later.

Planning a wedding is NO JOKE! Especially a summer wedding in the Hamptons. Some venues are booked 3 years away!!!

Solutions?🤔Have you considered an April or October HAMPTONS wedding? It’s usually still pretty green in October and your guests won’t faint if you make them stay outside for hours on ends.
