Printemps means spring in French and right now, it feels right at home in New York. 🇫🇷✨🗽

Late last year, our team had the opportunity to tour the flagship of , which opened in Spring 2025 inside the landmark One Wall Street, bringing more than a century of Parisian heritage to Lower Manhattan.

Designed by Paris-based architect Laura Gonzalez, the interiors feel layered and immersive, with hand-painted finishes, custom details, and thoughtful craftsmanship throughout.

While it may be retail at its core, the atmosphere lends itself beautifully to gathering. The interiors unfold almost like a gallery, creating natural backdrops for:
✨ Private receptions with minimal additional décor
✨ Executive gatherings in an intimate yet elevated setting
✨ High-touch client experiences that blend retail and hospitality

Some spaces do the storytelling for you, and this venue is definitely one of them. 🖤

No ticket? No problem. 👀⚽
Here’s where you can experience FIFA 2026 across NYC, even without a match ticket 👇

⚽ Manhattan →
⚽ Queens →
⚽ Brooklyn →
⚽ The Bronx →
⚽ Staten Island → Staten Island University Hospital Community Park

✔️ All expected to be free

(+ a major fan hub at in NJ)

These are large public fan events and not reservable for private groups, but they will shape how NYC moves during FIFA.

And that’s the part that matters…
This is not just about where to watch a match.
It is about:
• where crowds go
• how neighborhoods activate
• which areas get packed
• where the real energy builds 👀

If you are planning anything around FIFA, especially for a group, this matters a lot more than the match schedule. Knowing this early helps you plan smarter, from where you host to how your guests experience the city.

Opportunities like these are an important reminder of the value of face-to-face connection, thoughtful partnership, and sharing what New York can offer groups from around the world.

An afternoon at Pinch Food Design and suddenly… food became a performance! 👀✨

From tuna melts disguised as donuts to trays that made you do a double take, every bite came with a moment. Chefs and bartenders worked right in front of us, finishing dishes in real time, while servers brought each piece through the room with intention (and a little flair).

Favorites from the night:
🍩 Tuna melts (yes, really)
🍛 Nasi goreng with built-in fork holders
🥕 Trio of carrots, simple and so well done
🍮 Passionfruit crullers we’re still thinking about

But honestly… it wasn’t just what we ate, it was how it all unfolded.

We’ve worked with Pinch before and always love how much personality and detail they bring to the table. Would happily bring them into the mix again for future clients! 🌟

New York does immersive theatre exceptionally well.

Now adds something new to the mix. Officially opened on September 29, 2025, this multi-floor Phantom experience invites guests into a masked, theatrical world inspired by Andrew Lloyd Webber’s iconic score.

Directed by Tony Award winner Diane Paulus, the production blends classic music with immersive staging in a way that feels both grand and intimate.

36 years in business and this team still knows how to mix strategy with a little fun. 🥂

Our belated anniversary celebration turned into one of those very “Shackman” kind of days. We started the morning around the table, bagels and coffee in hand, sharing creative updates, developing new experience concepts, and tossing around ideas as we brainstormed ahead to 2026. The creative energy in the room was palpable!

Then we did what we do best… we got out into the city.

A walk through of the recently revamped Waldorf Astoria reminded us why classic New York never goes out of style, a little shuffleboard at Electric Shuffle brought out everyone’s competitive side, and dinner at Scarpetta sealed the deal because honestly, no team building is complete without great pasta. 🍝✨

Thirty six years later, we’re still curious, collaborative, and inspired by this city we get to call our office (and home)!

Here’s to what’s next. 💙

⚽ Riding the excitement of the Super Bowl and the Olympics… the next global sports moment on the horizon is FIFA World Cup 2026, with the Finals coming to the NY/NJ region.

If your company is beginning to explore hosting clients or teams around FIFA, here are 3 things to know early:

1️⃣ Tickets are secured directly through FIFA and its authorized partners, and it's imperative that you secure this directly for your group asap.
2️⃣ NYC hotel inventory is already tightening, but we can use our insider contacts to help.
3️⃣ A NYC-first strategy creates flexibility and better guest experiences. Let us show you what's possible.

While many tournament logistics are still being finalized at the international level, early clarity leads to better options.

With over 25 years of producing complex, citywide programs, we help corporate groups plan thoughtfully around what’s known and what’s still evolving.

If FIFA 2026 is on your radar, let’s start the conversation.

A couple of weeks ago, we shared the opening night of this two-day NYC program at the Marriott Marquis.

Now for night two...

About 130 guests made their way from Midtown to for an anniversary dinner in Central Park. Luxury motorcoaches, live musicians, stunning florals, and a whole lot of behind-the-scenes coordination to make it all feel effortless.

The first evening focused on design and atmosphere. This one was all about flow, logistics, and creating space for connection in one of New York’s most iconic settings.

A pretty great way to close out a milestone celebration, if we say so ourselves (and our client agreed)!

Tell us...what venue always feels like a special occasion to you?

Arctic vibes, NYC edition ❄️

Jeff Ward, our Operations Director, snapped this on his commute in from New Jersey last week, and we had to do a double take. What looks frozen solid is actually the Hudson River covered in floating sheets of ice. This is such a rare winter sight, even for longtime New Yorkers! So unusual in fact, that the had to pause service for safety, while tugboats break the ice.

Back to program highlights next week, but just wanted to share!

p.s. bonus shots of the city in fresh snow and Jeff navigating the slushy Midtown streets!
