Europe’s new Entry/Exit System is now live across Schengen countries, quietly changing how travelers enter the continent.

For American travelers, this means biometric border checks, digital entry records, and potentially longer arrival times during the early rollout period.

“It’s nothing to panic about — For our clients, we plan for these moments in advance, by setting up a meet-and-greet assistance at the gate to shuttle them through and expedite the process.”

A smoother trip often starts with the details most travelers overlook.

What It Means for Your Summer Travel?
The new Entry/Exit System (EES) across Schengen countries — replacing traditional passport stamps with digital entry records.

What Changes for American Travelers?
When entering many European countries, travelers may now be asked to:

• scan their passport

• take a facial photo

• provide fingerprints

All as part of Europe’s new biometric border process.

Your First Arrival May Take Longer Than Expected.
Several airports across Europe are already reporting longer border lines as travelers adjust to the new system.
