I always felt fortunate to travel, but I took meeting up with Thrash for granted. That we would always catch a flight, meet up on a tropical trip or a retreat. The distance and no travel is hard. I can’t wait until we are reunited!!

I finally got it together to start a zoom Pilates class, in my typical fashion of being a bit late to the game. I’m going to try my best to do every Tuesday/Thursday at 8am est.
