In today's world of internet accessibility to almost anything, I didn't see the value of or even know travel agents were still necessary. Boy did Janet at J&I Travel prove me wrong!
As opposed to searching and comparing endless websites to check for availability, prices, and amenities, I was becoming increasingly frustrated, as I was planning a vacation that was not only a special occasion with unique circumstances but required unique accommodations. On a colleagues recommendation, I decided to call Janet and explained my needs for pleasing and entertaining my parents who are 85, my girlfriend who I am always trying to impress, as well as my 13-year-old son.
After a brief 15 minute conversation of explaining my desires, Janet planned the perfect, most memorable vacation I've ever had.
The hotel had every amenity a 13-year-old could enjoy, the 5-star accommodations needed for my elderly parents, oceanfront views, and never mind some of the best shopping around, which really pleased the girlfriend.
There is no way I could have ever have done this on the internet, and I would never again think about doing it on my own, but leave it to a true professional. I would highly recommend Janet to anybody who was looking to plan a vacation with a personal touch. Based on the budget, not only did she meet my expectations, but far surpassed them. What a true pleasure of having someone plan this all for me. I would have never have gotten this right. From returning calls, making changes to dates, etc, I even received an email during the trip to see how everything was going.
If you're looking for a seamless solution for your next vacation with someone who pays meticulous attention to detail, you'd be crazy not to work with Janet. I can never thank her enough
