On Monday morning, we had the pleasure of being welcomed by the Italian Consulate in Detroit for the event “ZERO Veneto Takes the Stage in Michigan.” Helping to tell the story of our region, its excellence, and its people is always a privilege, especially when you meet people capable of turning ideas into reality. A special thank you to our fellow Venetian, Consul Paolo Zanotto, for making this wonderful bridge between Italy and the United States possible. Every journey begins with a meeting. And this one certainly got off to the best possible start. 🇮🇹✨

Shining the spotlight, and all our gratitude, onto Kafra Collective’s Co-Founder Francesca Antonacci, whose heartfelt work gifted Alice Lionello, Isabel Paladin, Clarissa Sorato, and Ginevra Zaramella with the opportunity of sharing the stage (and the backstage and the studio!) with Kafra Collective’s amazing dancers.
Francesca selected the four young dancers during V&NY’s debut run in Italy in November, during a week of masterclasses and rehearsals where she gave the opportunity to the dancers of Padova Danza Project to take the stage with Kafra Collective, as the company presented Francesca’s creations “Transition” and “Renaissance” at La Sfera Danza Festival 2025.
Thank you Francesca, for creating this full circle moment, a beautiful translation into logistics and operations of your signature work as a Choreographer!

Join us in applauding a SOLD-OUT show for Kafra Collective’s ”Pause” at Spark Theatre Festival.

Alice Lionello, Isabel Paladin, Clarissa Sorato, and Ginevra Zaramella feom Padova Danza Project were selected to join the company on stage for Prophets Of Love, choreographed by Francesca Antonacci and Caroline Brethenoux, on original music by Giovanni Spinelli, danced by Francesca Antonacci, Caroline Brethenoux, Alice Lionello, Isabel Paladin, Clarissa Sorato, Fosca Redolfi Tezzat, and Ginevra Zaramella.

This past November, Alice, Isabel, Clarissa, and Ginevra had the opportunity to join Kafra Collective on stage, as Founder & Choreographer Francesca Antonacci presented her creations “Transition” and “Renaissance” at La Sfera Danza Festival in Padua, Italy; this past week, thanks to Francesca’s tireless efforts, they walked (or in this case flew!) V&NY’s bridge to New York City, and joined Kafra Collective on the stage of Spark Theatre Festival.
