Once an itinerary is confirmed, most clients think the work is done.
For us, that's when it really begins.

Here's what's happening behind the scenes while you're just waiting for your departure date.

Every accommodation is reconfirmed.
Every experience, guide, and transfer is checked and coordinated.
Traveller details are collected and passed to the right people on the ground.
Timing, pacing, and flow are reviewed one more time to make sure the journey moves the way it should.
One to two weeks before you travel, you receive the complete itinerary - everything in one place, ready to go.

From the moment you arrive to the moment you return, there's a travel designer available to you in real time. You won't need to figure anything out.

Everything is handled.
Your only responsibility is to travel well.

The Adler Marlow team is with you every step of the way - before, during, and after.

Hosting a trip with your community is one of the most powerful things you can do for your brand. We make sure it actually works.

You have the audience.
You have the vision.
What you don't have is the time to manage venue contracts, dietary requirements, transfer logistics, and guest questions at midnight.

That's where we come in.

You show up as the heart of the experience.
We handle everything that makes it run seamlessly.

The location, the flow, the pacing, and the behind-the-scenes details your guests will never see but always feel - taken care of.

We help coaches, educators and creators turn their ideas into trips people talk about long after they're home.

You bring the concept, and we bring the expertise across Spain, Portugal and Morocco.

If this sounds like something you've been thinking about, we'd love to hear your idea: www.adlermarlow.com/groups/host-a-trip

The itinerary is forgotten by the time they're home, but these moments aren't.

The cooking class we booked that turned into a 3 hour lunch with a local family.
The kids, genuinely excited about something they didn't expect to care about.
The room with a view that made everyone go quiet for a second.
The guide who made history feel like a story worth hearing.
The afternoon with nothing scheduled - and how right that felt.
The small detail that told them someone had thought about them specifically.

This is what we build every trip around.

If that's what you're looking for, you're in the right place.

We asked our Head of Travel Design to write everything she knows about Cadaqués and the Costa Brava. This is the result.

Figen has been making that final mountain drive into Cadaqués for years. In the guide she covers when to go - and why June beats August by some distance.

How to route it from Barcelona, through Begur and the Empordà plain, before the road climbs over the Serra de Rodes and the bay finally opens below you.

Where to eat - Batalla and Es Racó for serious cooking, SET for breakfast and cocktails, Es Baluard for the kind of unhurried lunch the town does particularly well.

What to do - Cap de Creus Natural Park, the Dalí house in Portlligat, the Camí de Ronda coastal path, and the medieval villages of Peratallada and Pals on the way.

And why, after all of it, Cadaqués is the kind of place you choose - and then choose again.

This is what an on the ground trip to Marrakech actually looks like.

Earlier this year, our Managing Director and travel coordinator spent time in Marrakech, visiting properties, meeting teams, checking the details that don't show up in a brochure.

Every place we recommend gets seen in person. We walk the rooms, eat the food, and notice what the photos don't show.

Because when you send a client to us, the recommendation needs to come from somewhere real.

Marrakech done right is something else - the riads, the medina, the food, the pace of it. There's a lot to get right, and a lot to love when it is.

If you have clients curious about Morocco, drop us a message - we're here.

Your client keeps saying they want something like the Algarve, but different. Here's your answer.

We picked five places we'd send them next, depending on what they're really after.

Minho coast - Green hills meeting the Atlantic, fishing towns that feel genuinely local. Your client will feel like they've found something most people miss. Because they have.

Madeira - Levada walks, volcanic cliffs, exceptional food and wine. For those clients ready to be surprised.

Alentejo coast - Fewer crowds, longer lunches, cork forests five minutes inland. The Algarve's less talked-about neighbour.

Comporta - Still Portugal, completely different pace. Rice fields, pine trees, a beach village that hasn't been overdeveloped. Low-key luxury before it disappears.

The Azores - Raw, dramatic, unlike anywhere else in Europe. The one they'll talk about for years.

We know these destinations well.

If you want to talk through what fits your client, get in touch.

The north and south of Spain can feel like two entirely different countries at times.

Southern Spain often draws travelers looking for warmth, late evenings, layered cultural immersion, and a rhythm that feels vibrant and expressive.

Northern Spain offers something different.

The landscapes become greener, the Atlantic shapes the coastline, and the pace tends to feel calmer and more connected to nature. The experience often becomes less about moving quickly between highlights, and more about atmosphere, outdoor life, food culture, and how the journey unfolds between places.

For summer travel especially, we’re seeing increasing interest in regions like Galicia, Asturias, and the Basque Country from travelers looking for a different side of Spain.

Not as a replacement for the south, but as a completely different experience of the country.

Our latest Virtual FAM explored exactly this through Galicia, including regional flow, logistics, accommodation style, and the types of travelers it suits best.

The replay and resources are now available for advisors through our website: www.adlermarlow.com/virtual-fam/virtual-fam-hidden-galicia

Where would we go right now?

We asked the team where they’d escape to at this time of year, and the answers moved everywhere from Atlantic coastlines to desert landscapes.

Danny - Chief of Culture, Curiosity & Culinary Detours (aka Founder):
“San Sebastián, to eat and surf."

Hanni - Managing Director (aka Chief of Smooth Sailing):
“Marrakesh, because it’s just after the busy season, before the summer heat fully arrives.”

Figen - Head of Travel Design & Dream Delivery:
“Formentera, for the raw landscapes, quiet beaches, and slower Balearic rhythm.”

Brianna - Dream Trip Designer & Curator of Feel-Good Moments:
“Asturias, for the mountain air, nature, horses on the hills, and the landscapes around Picos de Europa.”

Geoffrey - Travel Designer & Local Rhythm Specialist:
“Menorca, for the food, open coastline, and more relaxed island atmosphere.”

Pedro - Travel Coordinator & The One Who Remembers Everything:
“Cantabria, for long coastal walks, rugged beauty, and some of northern Spain’s best food.”

Mae - Travel Coordinator & Detail Devotee:
“The Azores, for the nature, volcanic landscapes, and experiences that feel completely different from a usual holiday.”

Freddie - Experience Designer & Travel Designer:
“The Canary Islands, for the variety of landscapes across the islands and the feeling that there’s always more left to discover.”

Ana - Senior Travel Coordinator & Master of the Moving Parts:
“The Sahara Desert, for the scale, adventure, and feeling of being far removed from everyday life.”

Cristina - Marketing & Brand Executive (With a Visual Eye):
“Málaga, because even after six months of living here, I still keep discovering new sides to it.”

Where would you go right now?

We don’t begin with hotels or reservations. We begin somewhere else entirely.

A well-designed journey starts with understanding how someone wants to experience a place.

Some travelers want long lunches that stretch into the afternoon. Others want movement, atmosphere, and days that feel layered and full. Some travel to reconnect as a family. Others simply want space to slow down for the first time in months.

That’s why we begin with conversations.

Before a route is mapped out or a hotel is confirmed, we think carefully about rhythm, pace, energy, and the moments that will shape how the journey actually feels once someone is inside it.

Only then do we begin building around it.

The logistics matter, of course. But what makes a journey memorable is rarely logistics alone.

It’s how naturally the experiences unfold. How each part connects to the next. And how effortless it all feels once the journey begins.

That’s the part we spend the most time designing.
