It is too early to assume about cases of DV2016. We are having fourth visa bulletin and it should ramp up sooner within another 2 visa bulletins. History always doesn't hold the pattern, as it strictly depends on the density of cases and number of derivatives in the cases. So, just prepare to leave no chances to secure a visa when you are in turn.
