I am so excited to be a part of this great gluten free festival! To have an event where people who normally have limited choices and sometimes none, can eat what they want is awesome!
Last year I talked to so many people about the genuine struggle of traveling while gluten free. It is hard and requires so much research and planning that some told me it is just not worth it anymore.😔

That is why I am passionate about gluten free travel! I absolutely plan trips for people who are not but I love doing it for those who have the extra stress of making sure every meal is safe!

Why?
Because when my daughter was diagnosed 5 years ago with non celiac gluten sensitivity I felt overwhelmed by it all.
Suddenly just going to a restaurant seemed too much, much less going on a trip!
