Our September 2025 will spend a few nights in Belfast—perhaps we can find Flora!

A striking new mural honouring Flora Lewis - mother of author C.S. Lewis - has been unveiled in East Belfast. Created by local street artist Emic, the piece now adorns the gable wall of The Secret Day Spa on Belmont Road, blending artistic flair with deep cultural roots.

The mural features a graceful figure draped in a lavender shawl and crowned with wildflowers, symbolising Flora Lewis’s influence on her son’s imagination — an imagination that would later bring Narnia to life.
