Seeing The World Seeing the World follows Tammy and James as they turn a trawler into a home, a business hub, and a gateway to adventure. We are James, Tammy and Ray.

From hands-on refits to cruising the Great Loop and beyond. We are embarking on an adventure of a lifetime. One sailor and one newbie, and our son, we have just purchased a C&C 37R. She needs a lot of work and I need a lot of training, lol. Will we be ready to set sail?

For those that flush with salt water - you know that smell, especially when you have not used your head in sometime. At this time we are only on the boat during the weekends - meaning we have that smell all the time...it bad.

When we bought the boat the shower pump did not work - that was this project...Get the pump working and use our gray water instead of salt water!

Spoiler Alert if you have not watched the video - it works wonderfully!

30 days on the hard working long hours... but we did it. We got the paint done and the old exhaust hoses out and the new ones in!

OK all... we need YOUR help!!! We have vent covers that go over these holes and we are trying to decide what color to paint them.

The top of the boat is Hatteras White and the bottom is flag blue - so we camouflage them with the flag blue or make them an accent pieces with the hatteras white?
