Travel Tip Tuesday:
Always pack a small First Aid Kit when traveling!!!
Little did I know that my last trip to Disney World I would end up at Disney’s First Aid station after taking a hard fall by the Dumbo ride and I mean a hard fall. I scraped my knee badly and sprained both wrists. Luckily a friend had a small first aid kit to get my knee cleaned up enough to get to the First Aid station. The Disney medical staff took excellent care of me and gave me enough needed supplies to take care of my injuries until our trip home the next day where I went to Urgent Care for my wrists.
Having that small first aid kit helped so much because Disney’s first aid station is at the front of the park and they don’t have any first aid supplies by the rides (lesson learned).
Why a first aid kit can make your Disney Day easier??
*Minor injuries- need 🩹 bandages
*Blister prevention- Disney days= 20,000+ steps
*Quick relief- headaches, stomach aches and motion sickness can hit at anytime 🤢
*Avoid delays- Disney’s First Aid Centers are great, but they take time to reach. A personal kit handles the small stuff instantly so you don’t miss rides, parades or Lightning Lane windows
*Kid emergencies- with kids, even tiny scrapes feel 🚨 urgent and a simple 🩹 can save the day.
Bottom line….a small first aid kit keeps your Disney Day magical by handling the little things instantly-no detours, delays, no stress. It’s one of the highest-impact, lowest effort things you can pack!
