From shame and survival… To living out loud❣️🙌🐴🐾 When we grow up with or live very long with dysfunctional relationships, we often carry with us survival patterns that aren't serving us any longer. It's so easy to say let's just change that… We are trying to override years of dysfunction, and trying to stay safe. I am so grateful sitting here today that I get the beautiful opportunity to continue these practices in my life while guiding others to do the same in theirs!
