When I visited Shanghai in 2018, the most memorable thing I ate was the shrimp dumpling from Yang’s. Eight years later, they opened their first North American location in Richmond, BC.

It was not easy to limit myself to ONE order as they were every bit as delicious as I remember them being when I first tried them at a Shanghai metro station.
