Get to know Brett Taylor, CCIS Director of Sales and former client!

Brett has been with CCIS since the 2015-2016 school year. Prior to joining the team he was a Band Director and CCIS client, traveling with his students to New York, Orlando, Nashville and Toronto! “I taught music for almost 20 years. Planned my own trips for about 8 years until I found CCIS and saw that they planned with the same thought and attention to detail that I did.” Brett has been in your shoes and knows what it is like to juggle the classroom, students, parents while planning a trip! 🏫🗽🎢

When not managing the CCIS Sales Team or meeting with clients, you can find Brett playing music, golfing or spending time with his wife and two sons. ⛳

Northern Italy has been his favorite trip so far! He stayed in a village with friends and was totally immersed in the culture. Plus the views in Northern Italy are incredible! New Zealand and Australia are on his list to visit in the future. The fact that they are so far away seems thrilling! 🌏 🍝

Brett’s advice to other teachers and Band Directors is to "Use a reputable tour operator like CCIS! There is way too much liability to plan on your own, plus your time is valuable and should be spent with your students (and your family!).” 😁

Get to know Martin England, CCIS Account Executive and former client!

“I met the CCIS team when I was the Band Director at Navasota High School. Our relationship grew from client to Account Executive when I decided to step away from public school teaching.” Since 2021, Martin has proudly represented CCIS in Texas and other southern states. 🤠

Martin got to travel with his high school band students from Winona and Navasota. They travelled from NYC to Los Angeles, and many places in between! He now gets to travel with the TAMU Hullabaloo Band when they are on the road for basketball and many other sporting events. Check out the cool jacket! 🎺🎶🏀

His favorite place he has visited so far is Cozumel, Mexico. You can't beat that warm sun gorgeous water. Of course, England is on the list to visit someday, as his name suggests. 🇬🇧😎

When Martin is not crafting itineraries or chatting with clients, you can find him spending time with his wife Sarah and youngest son Reid. They love taking the RV to the beach or to the river. Martin also has his Private Pilot License and enjoys flying when he can. Look up to the skies, you might see him! 🛩🚣

Get to know Cassie Welker, CCIS Account Representative and former client!

“I am a former client who immediately recognized what a wonderful team the CCIS team is! Brett was a good friend of ours. He was even at our wedding. When the opportunity came to join that team, it was a no brainer. As a former high school choral teacher, I saw the value that student travel brings to students firsthand. The trips we took were a place where students forged friendships, honed life skills, and made memories to never be forgotten. Being able to offer that now to more students and schools is a great reward.” 👯‍♀️🎹

Cassie is very experienced traveling with student groups. She and her husband ran their high school music department together where they took their band, choir and orchestra students on several trips. Her most memorable trips include MITP at Busch Gardens Williamsburg and Top of the Rock, Broadway, and MITP at Six Flags Great Adventure in NY and NJ. 🗽🎢🎭

Cassie recommends including new experiences for your students while traveling. We hear of many students, and even Group Leaders, who thought they might not have interest in something before leaving for the trip but it ends up being their favorite part in the end. Cassie is here to help and will make sure your trip goes off without a hitch! And of course, plan early.

Favorite place she's been so far is a two-way tie between Tanzania and Greece. Dream destination? She has three!
1. Hawaii to do the ATV tour of where they filmed Jurassic Park.🦖 2. The Swiss Alps to see the spectacular mountain ranges and take breathtaking heights. 🏔️3. London because her husband went and brought back amazing pictures (FOMO) and wants to visit the Victoria and Albert Museum. 🖼️

When not helping clients and making awesome itineraries, Cassie is probably baking, cheering for the Baltimore O’s or watching game shows. Maybe you remember her from an episode of Wheel of Fortune back in 2019 where she won a cruise to Hungary?! ⚾️🎂🧩

“I have been in your shoes! I still teach chorus part-time, so I know what it’s like to balance teaching plus everything else that comes with the job. I am always here to help and will do whatever I can to take some pressure off their plates.”
