Did you know you can book a Walt Disney World vacation package with just a $200 deposit?

Yep. $200. 👀

You don’t have to pay for your entire vacation when you book. Once your package is reserved, you can make payments along the way however works best for you, as long as the remaining balance is paid by 30 days before your check in date.

And one of my favorite parts? If a qualifying Disney promotion comes out after you book, I can check to see if it can be applied to your existing reservation. 🙌

So if you’ve been thinking, “I want to go to Disney, but I need time to save for it…” you may be able to start planning sooner than you think.

Three things that go in my bag before every Disney trip, no exceptions:

🔋 A portable charger, and make it a FuelRod. You can swap it for a fresh one for free all over the parks, so your phone never dies at the worst moment.

🌧️ A poncho. Florida will absolutely wait until you are halfway down Main Street to start raining.

☀️ Sunscreen and chapstick. The Florida sun does not play and you will feel it by day two.

A slight change takes effect today for my Animal Kingdom people. 🏔️

Starting today, Expedition Everest no longer has a single rider line. Disney tested a new loading system that got the standby line moving faster, so single rider wasn't really saving time anymore.

But honestly, Everest is rarely that long of a wait at Animal Kingdom. Pandora gets the rope drop crowd. So if Everest is a must do for your crew, ride it in the first hour or two or grab it on Lightning Lane Multi Pass.

Driving to Walt Disney World? Here’s a quick breakdown of what you can expect to pay for parking!

One thing that’s good to know: registered Disney Resort guests receive complimentary standard parking at the theme parks AND complimentary overnight self-parking at their resort. 👏🏻

And if you’re just heading to Disney Springs or one of the water parks, standard parking is free!

Definitely one of those little expenses that’s helpful to know about when planning your Disney budget. 🏰✨

Here’s a little behind the scenes look at my August as a travel advisor! As we move into a new month, I thought it would be fun to do a little recap of what I’ve been up to! ✈️✨

💦 I booked a last minute Disney World stay so my client could take advantage of the free water park perk before it ended for the summer.

✨ I also worked on quotes for Walt Disney World, Disney Cruise Line, and my very first Disneyland trip! I’ve been wanting to branch out and plan more Disneyland vacations, so I was especially excited about that one.

🏰 For my own personal travel, I squeezed in a staycation near Disney Springs and two day trips to the Disney parks. Because obviously spending time at Disney is important research. 😂

📚 There was a LOT of learning happening this month too! I completed the Wonder Workshop Advanced Training Program, and I’m currently smack dab in the middle of S**z University, a 9 week agency training program leading up to our agency trip to Universal Orlando Resort in November. I completed three of the S**z University courses in August alone!

One of my biggest goals as a travel advisor is to keep learning and experiencing the destinations I sell so I can be a better resource for the people who trust me with their vacations. There is ALWAYS something new to learn in the travel world, and August definitely kept me busy. 😂

Now we’re onto September and I’m excited to see what this month brings! 🥳

I’m so excited to share that I officially completed Wondermakers Travel’s advanced training program! 🧠🎓

I actually started this program last year, so getting the opportunity to come back to it and officially complete it this time around makes it extra special. 🥹

There is SO much to learn in the travel industry and things are constantly changing, so continuing my education and growing as a travel advisor is really important to me. The more I learn, the more knowledge and support I can give my clients when helping them plan their vacations!

I’m really proud of myself for completing this and excited to keep learning, growing, and becoming a better travel advisor along the way. ✨

Now I can say I am officially a Wonder Workshop graduate! 🎓🧡
