September is here and there is SO much happening in the travel world right now! 🍂🎃✈️

Food & Wine is officially underway, Halloween has taken over Disney and Universal, new Disney Cruise Line itineraries are opening for booking, and there are some great travel offers available right now too!

Here’s a little behind the scenes look at my August as a travel advisor! As we move into a new month, I thought it would be fun to do a little recap of what I’ve been up to! ✈️✨

💦 I booked a last minute Disney World stay so my client could take advantage of the free water park perk before it ended for the summer.

✨ I also worked on quotes for Walt Disney World, Disney Cruise Line, and my very first Disneyland trip! I’ve been wanting to branch out and plan more Disneyland vacations, so I was especially excited about that one.

🏰 For my own personal travel, I squeezed in a staycation near Disney Springs and two day trips to the Disney parks. Because obviously spending time at Disney is important research. 😂

📚 There was a LOT of learning happening this month too! I completed the Wonder Workshop Advanced Training Program, and I’m currently smack dab in the middle of S**z University, a 9 week agency training program leading up to our agency trip to Universal Orlando Resort in November. I completed three of the S**z University courses in August alone!

One of my biggest goals as a travel advisor is to keep learning and experiencing the destinations I sell so I can be a better resource for the people who trust me with their vacations. There is ALWAYS something new to learn in the travel world, and August definitely kept me busy. 😂

Now we’re onto September and I’m excited to see what this month brings! 🥳

I’m so excited to share that I officially completed Wondermakers Travel’s advanced training program! 🧠🎓

I actually started this program last year, so getting the opportunity to come back to it and officially complete it this time around makes it extra special. 🥹

There is SO much to learn in the travel industry and things are constantly changing, so continuing my education and growing as a travel advisor is really important to me. The more I learn, the more knowledge and support I can give my clients when helping them plan their vacations!

I’m really proud of myself for completing this and excited to keep learning, growing, and becoming a better travel advisor along the way. ✨

Now I can say I am officially a Wonder Workshop graduate! 🎓🧡

“We should all go to Disney together!”

And then the group chat immediately turns into this. 😂

I’ve always been the planner in my friend groups, so I know exactly how it goes. You start out excited about taking a trip together and before you know it, you’re researching resorts, answering questions, keeping track of everyone’s plans and trying to figure out how to make it all work.

But if you’re the planner friend… you deserve to enjoy the trip too. 🥹

And that’s where having a travel advisor can make things SO much easier. Instead of one person trying to keep track of everything, I can help with the planning and all those moving pieces along the way.

Girls trips, multiple families traveling together, birthday trips, big family vacations… whatever your group looks like. And while Disney is obviously my favorite example, I can help with group trips to plenty of other destinations too!

Today a client reached out wanting to squeeze in one last spontaneous summer adventure and take advantage of Disney’s complimentary water park admission on check-in day.

I couldn’t be more excited for the “S” Family as they get ready for their Walt Disney World vacation this Fall! 🏰

One of my favorite parts of this job is helping families find the resort that best fits their vacation, answering all of their questions, and taking care of the planning so they can simply look forward to their trip.

From comparing resort options to getting everything booked and connected, the planning is well underway, and next up is one of my favorite parts…helping them plan dining and all the little details that make a Disney vacation feel seamless.
