Wow, Toys R Us certainly think everything they have is gold. Their prices are ridiculous. Where do you all shop for toys for your children?

Be wary of Energy saving salesmen; They will sit you down for 2 hours and tell you the wonders of solar water heaters for no "out of pocket" expense.
When in reality, they want 14,000 dollars. Of course they say you will more than make that up with savings from energy bills!

Earthquake drill today in Utah. How old are we? 1st graders? Turns out the people who came up with this thing is making A LOT of money from sponsors.

Lets all remember The Bookshelf in Ogden. It is going out of business (again). It will be missed.

I was in need of an auxiliary stereo cable for my car. Walmart and Target both had them, as well as Radio Shack. They wanted 14-24$ for one! I ended up on Amazon and got it for 1.46$ Free shipping.

I don't generally say this about dealers, but due to a time crunch and a difficult problem I had to take our Jeep into Larry H Miller in Riverdale. They found the problem, fixed it and took care of some other things that needed done. They surprisingly did not overcharge me or try to upsell me like most every dealer.

I can't guarantee they will do the same for you, but I had a positive experience.

Interesting factoid; Copy shops charge between .60 Cents and a $1 for color copies. When they are paying .06 cents to .10 cents for that copy. %1000 profit.

Here is Walmart's latest attempt at Slandering advertising. They are taking 3 shots at Winco. 1) Cheaper Marshmallows 2) They Bag our Groceries 3) They accept Credit Cards.
Winco does not bag for 2 reasons; to save on Costs and to speed up the line. They do not accept CC in order to save money and keep costs down (I also like to think it is to discourage debt).

Interesting observation. I saw MaltOMeal cereal (which is generally very affordable) marked for $8.00 at Walmart. Unbelievably expensive. I then noticed that Great Value brand cereal (all sorts of new varieties) were 2-3$. It looks like Walmart is trying to push their name brand on us. None the less, the cereal was not bad.
Many Great Value products are made by the original producers anyway.
