Day 42 💌 WED 4.29.26

Self Love Is…
learning the art of forgiveness

Not as a reaction…
but as a practice.

Not for them…
but for the peace within you.

Today I thought of forgiveness like a recipe—
one I return to again and again,
adjusting gently as I grow.

Recipe for Forgiveness

A cup of honesty
—seeing clearly what was, without softening or dramatizing

A tablespoon of humility
—remembering I, too, have acted from wounds I didn’t yet understand

Two heaping scoops of compassion
—for the human condition we all share

A steady pour of acceptance
—releasing the need to understand every “why”

A grounding layer of loving tolerance
—allowing others to be who they are, without needing them to be different for me to feel okay

A pinch of willingness
—because sometimes that’s all we have to offer at first

And finally…
a quiet, sacred turning inward

where I ask:

Can I forgive myself?

Because somewhere along the way,
I judged, I held on, I armored up
to protect a tender place inside me.

And that is where the softening begins.

They say…

“Forgiveness is the fragrance
the violet sheds
on the heel that has crushed it.”

And maybe forgiveness isn’t about pretending the hurt didn’t happen—
but choosing, slowly and bravely,
to become the kind of soul
that still carries fragrance.

Even after.

Even now.

Day 41 💌 SAT 4.25.26

Self Love Is…
trusting what you’ve been shown
enough to act on it.

There comes a point in the journey
where awareness is no longer the destination…

it becomes the invitation.

An invitation to move.
To choose differently.
To live in alignment with what you now see so clearly.

I’ve learned that introspection and meditation
are beautiful tools…

but they are not the transformation.

Transformation happens
when I take what’s been revealed
and allow it to guide my next step.

When I stop circling the same thoughts
and begin to trust them enough to act.

Not perfectly.
Not all at once.
But honestly.

Prayer is how I speak.
Meditation is how I listen.
And action…

is how I show my faith in what I’ve been given.

There is a quiet courage in that.
A steady becoming.

And I can feel it…
taking root.

Day 40 Thursday 4.23.26

Love Note from Sedona 💌

Maybe this season isn’t about becoming someone new.

Maybe it’s about remembering
who you were
before the world asked you to be anything else.

Before you overgave
to feel loved…
before you stayed
where you felt unseen…
before you questioned
your own worth.

What if nothing about you needs fixing?

What if the path forward
isn’t more effort—
but more truth?

Here in Sedona, the red rocks don’t try to be anything
other than what they are.
They don’t rush their becoming
or question their shape.

They simply stand—
rooted, steady, and enough.

Maybe that’s the invitation for us, too.

You don’t have to chase
what is meant for you.
You don’t have to prove
what is already within you.
You don’t have to hold on
to what no longer holds you.

You can soften.
You can release.
You can begin again—right here.

And maybe we’re all learning this together…
one choice, one breath, one moment at a time.

From my heart to yours,
Amy Colby ♾️ ♡

💌 Day 39 • Tuesday 4.14.26

Self Love Is…

coming back to myself
before life pulls me too far away

tending to what is mine
and releasing what is not

honoring my body
my energy
my boundaries

and trusting
that when I take care of me

everything else
finds its place

💌 Day 38 • Monday 4.13.26 ✨

Self Love Is…

Remembering to enjoy
the pleasures of life
while gently honoring
the road ahead.

Not getting so caught up
in where we’re going
that we forget to savor
what’s right here—

the deliciousness,
the beauty,
the moments that make life
feel alive.

There is space for both—
to move toward our goals
and still enjoy
what makes our hearts dance
and our souls shine.

Even small shifts
can turn everyday choices
into something more nourishing,
more aligned,
and even more enjoyable.

And along the way,
we begin to feel the difference—
in our bodies,
in our energy,
in the way we show up
for our lives.
