The Python Temple in Ouidah is one of the most famous tourist sites in Benin 🇧🇯, where visitors go to see the sacred pythons and, for the brave ones, even carry them around their necks.😣😩

It might look simple until you’re standing there, then you realize it actually takes real courage to place one on your neck.🥹

While some people are excited to experience it and get up close with the pythons, others prefer to stay outside for personal reasons. Both choices are completely understandable

A Visit to the breathtaking Mayo Gede Waterfall, a true hidden gem tucked away in the mountains of the Mambilla Plateau near Gembu, Taraba State, Nigeria 🇳🇬.

Surrounded by a dramatic rocky backdrop and flowing with crystal-clear, icy waters, this spot feels almost untouched, like nature kept a secret that only a few get to experience.

It’s one of those places that call out to adventurous hikers and true nature lovers, the kind of experience Naija Explorers live for.

A quick shot beside the Tree of Life at the Aburi Botanical Gardens in Ghana. The Tree of Life is believed to be hundreds of years old before it was carved. The carvings show human figures climbing over one another.

Each section tells a story about life, leadership, struggle, and community. If you look closely, you’ll notice something interesting - everyone seems to be trying to reach the top.

Some people interpret it as:
▪️The journey of life
▪️The struggle for success or power
▪️Or even how society works, people helping or competing.

A lovely time spent at the Black Star Gate in Accra, Ghana 🇬🇭.

The Black Star Gate is more than a monument. It’s a bold symbol of Ghana’s independence, Pan-African identity, and national pride. Commissioned by Kwame Nkrumah, it reflects a moment when a nation chose its own path, fully and unapologetically.

Completed in 1961, not too long after independence was gained on 6 March 1957, the structure carries that sense of fresh freedom. You’ll notice the inscription “AD 1957” and the powerful national motto: Freedom and Justice. Simple words, but they land differently when you’re actually there

Anytime you find yourself in Ghana, don’t hesitate to visit the Black Star Gate. Explore Africa 🇬🇭
