Rail travel is having a serious moment, and for good reason 🚆
If you want a trip that feels like part vacation, part story you’ll be talking about for months, these two itineraries are the kind of smart, memorable getaways I love booking.
Birmingham to New Orleans gives you 3 nights, a jazz brunch at The Court of Two Sisters, a city and cemetery tour, plus a swamp and bayou excursion, all for about $500 per person in September.
Atlanta to Philadelphia is the longer play, 5 nights total, including 2 nights in a sleeper car on the Crescent, 3 hotel nights, and a small group food tour in Philly, about $900 per person for November 6 to 11.
The biggest mistake people make with rail trips is treating them like transportation only. The right itinerary turns the train itself into part of the experience, and that is where the value really shows up.
If either of these fits your travel style, send me a DM and I’ll walk you through the best option before dates tighten up.
