UPDATE: As of 10:30 a.m. today, the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office has accepted charges in 21 cases involving the offense of DWI—and enforcement efforts are still underway.

MCDAO personnel are on the water this weekend with Precinct 1 Constables and Texas Game Wardens, targeting impaired boating on Lake Conroe.

Whether you’re behind the wheel or behind the wake—don’t risk it.

Across Lake Conroe this upcoming holiday weekend, Deputies with the Montgomery County Pct. 1 Constable's Office will be performing volunteer boating checks. Deputies will be looking for required equipment to ensure you and your family have a great day on the water! No citations for these required items will be issued during the check, and captains will have the opportunity to go and purchase them prior to getting on the water! Be Sensible and Be Safe while enjoying beautiful Lake Conroe!
