Update regarding rentals. As rentals will continue in operation, Danielle and Jenny will regularly check this page. Please message this page or Kathy’s personal page for the time being.
To all of Kathy’s family and friends:
This is Sharon- Kathy’s sister. Kent has requested that I make a post to inform everyone of Kathy’s passing. I’m including a few details to hopefully answer some questions that I know you all have.
She was on a short girls trip when she suddenly fell ill. While in the hospital she became septic. Kent made sure the hospital provided any and all treatment available, and Kathy fought very hard. The Lord, our God, called Kathy home early Tuesday morning.
We are making arrangements to get her flown home and will have to make the arrangements for service when we return. We will announce the arrangements when they are finalized. Kent has chosen Wolfe Bayview in Fairhope and Kathy will be laid to rest in Montrose Cemetery.
Please contact me if anyone needs to reach out regarding her final arrangements. If you have a need regarding one of her rentals, our niece, Danielle Robinson Gann and Kathy’s dear, close friend Jenny Walden are managing those for Kent.
Thank you all for the prayers, love, and understanding of Kent’s privacy as he grieves the loss of Kathy.
