One of my favorite evenings aboard the Disney Destiny was Pirate Night! 🏴‍☠️✨

During our 5-night sailing, Pirate Night took place on our Cozumel day, and it’s one of those experiences that makes a Disney Cruise so special. The best part? It’s all included in your cruise fare! Every stateroom receives complimentary pirate bandanas, so everyone can join in the fun without packing a thing.

I loved how the entire ship transformed for the celebration. The atrium came alive with a spectacular pirate-themed show, and even the music playing throughout the hallways added to the immersive atmosphere. Everywhere you turned, there was a little extra Disney magic.

One thing that was different on our sailing was that our dining room did not offer the traditional Pirate Night menu. Honestly, I didn’t mind at all—I actually prefer the regular dining menus, so it was a win for me!

As an extra special surprise, our entertainment team treated us to reserved seating for the fireworks viewing. Watching the show from such a great location made an already incredible evening even more memorable. And if I’m being completely honest, this experience will 1,000,000% go down as one of my favorite Disney experiences so far. Between the atmosphere, the entertainment, the energy around the ship, and ending the night with fireworks at sea, it was pure Disney magic.

Pirate Night is just one more example of why Disney Cruise Line creates unforgettable vacation memories for families, couples, and friends alike.
