When our guide in Iceland asked if we wanted ice cream we were not expecting this! Fresh ice cream with a view of the cows that help create it. Efstidalur II is an incredible family run farm with roots that date back to the 1750s! They also have a farm to table restaurant and hotel. Definitely worth a stop if touring Iceland’s Golden Circle!
