Great opportunity. Reduced rate for our 1 open week.
FRIDAY AUG 21ST - THURS AUG 27TH only $2500. Its normally $3500 for friday to friday.

Take that last trip before summer ends and enjoy 6 days/nights on a large private sandy beach in beautiful oscoda. Walking distance to town, shops, restaurants, ice cream, movies and the beach park.

We sleep up to 8pp but are set up for up to 4 adults and 4 kids with our twin bunk beds room.

Sorry no pets and non-smokers only due to my allergies.

2026 Guests who have already come. I am also emailing everyone too.

We found A Dell Computer power cord wrapped up sitting in our tray on the coffee table by the great room sofa. It was not there on July 10th but perhaps someone saw it and put it there. It was found on July 17th. I have asked our July 10th Guests and its not theirs.

Im assuming someone is missing this. Please let me know. If no one claims it I will donate it. But trying to get it back to its owner.

We have Aug 21- Aug 28th available. Its the only week we have this summer. Come experience why so many guests come back to Sunny Slope.

Enjoy walks along the shores of Lake Huron or relax on the daybed by the shore and listen to the sound of the waves. Walk to town shops, restaurants, ice cream, movies, the beach park all within a few mins walk.

We sleep up to 8 but are set up for up to 4 adults and 4 kids with our kids bunkroom. Rate is $3500 for the week (no booking fees).

Since we are a month out and we have never had an opening we are offering the following specials:
Book the week and receive:
1. $100 gift card to the restaurant or shop of your choice or a combo of restaurant and ice cream (its your choice).
2. Plus we will waive your $150 cleaning fee
Thats a $250 bonus for this 1 week only.

Sorry we are a no pets and non-smokers only property due to owners allergies. All Guests coming to the beach house must be a non-smoker. Thank you.

What a pleasant surprise this morning - our neighbor Jim, from "The Lake" Theatre, brought his buddy Tom by for coffee. Word is they will be hanging out "Under the Radar" style in our area over the next couple of days... But it is no secret they already know where to find the best cup of coffee in town 🙃

Today we have a cherry mango bubble tea featured and the case is full of fresh baked goods 🥰 We are here til 2 - call 989-569-6575 and we will get it started for you ☮️❤️☕️

So true. We have lost a few great guests to them buying their own place. But we love the friendships we have made and its nice to see them when we are up.
