Buying or Selling a property? Did you know that State of Ohio and County Standards have been revised in the last 10 years or so, and Require a new survey if the current legal description is stamped "inadequate"? This means that if applicable, the property will not transfer without a current survey! More often than not this is caught by an attorney or title agency at the last minute in a transaction, and could hold up a deal (at a minimum). Call or email us with questions..
