Travel update for Jamaica resort travelers🌴

Hyatt Inclusive Collection recently shared an important update regarding Zoëtry Montego Bay Jamaica.

The property is no longer operating under the Zoëtry Resorts & Spas brand, is no longer affiliated with Hyatt or the Inclusive Collection, and no longer participates in the World of Hyatt loyalty program.

Hyatt also noted that since the resort has remained closed following Hurricane Melissa, this change does not impact existing guest reservations.

This is a good reminder that resort branding, ownership, loyalty participation, and affiliations can change over time… which is one reason it helps to work with someone who keeps an eye on these updates.

As always, I’ll continue monitoring resort updates and helping travelers make informed decisions when planning future stays.

Two client families are setting sail from Galveston aboard Royal Caribbean’s Symphony of the Seas for an 8-night Western Caribbean & Perfect Day cruise.

From Galveston to Perfect Day at CocoCay, Nassau, Cozumel, and back again… this is going to be a memorable week at sea.

3-night getaway to Las Vegas. ✈️ 🎰

This trip was a little different from the beach resorts and all-inclusive escapes we usually share, but that was kind of the point.

Sometimes a quick change of scenery is all you need.

We stayed at the Hilton at Resorts World Las Vegas and spent a few days enjoying the food, the energy, and a more casual, spontaneous feel than our usual resort style trips.

No big itinerary. No day-by-day recap. Just a short domestic getaway, a few good meals, some Vegas views, and time to reset.

A few food spots definitely deserve an honorable mention…

Junior’s had some really tasty comfort food. The churro French toast and cappuccinos were a hit, and of course, the cheesecakes are the standout.

¡VIVA! had a fantastic happy hour deal with delicious bites and a relaxed atmosphere.

Mulberry Street Pizzeria was another favorite. Incredibly tasty thin crust pizza, and definitely a spot we would go back to. 🔥
