A "Dream Team" is never complete without the people who stand on the front line. We call them Rockstars because they are the pulse of the guest experience. They don't just answer phones; they set the entire tone for the journey ahead. At Atlas, we live by a simple truth, "The End Depends Upon The Beginning." In every "Dream Team," there is a person who holds the map, tracks the movement, and ensures not a single soul is left behind. At Atlas, that person is Humberto Padilla, though we all know him simply as Berto, "The Architect of Details".

When it comes to the complex world of group travel and travel events, Berto is unmatched. He manages the endless flow of data from paid guests and cabin/room assignments to venue spaces and vendor payments, with a level of precision that is seldom seen. But Berto isn't just a master of the spreadsheets; he’s a leader on the ground. As an On-Site Assistant Coordinator, he's led his own teams through the heat of live events, ensuring everything moves exactly as planned.

His dedication to the craft goes deep. Berto is already a Certified Travel Associate (CTA) and is currently pushing toward his Certified Travel Counselor (CTC) designation. This isn't just another certification; it's a high-level professional accreditation that requires years of proven leadership and business mastery just to be considered.

Beyond the titles, it’s Berto's heart for service that truly hits the soul. Time and again, he has stepped in to fix the "unfixable," holding our travel partners to a standard of excellence that protects our guests' experiences. We often hear the term "Dream Team," but what does it actually mean? To us, it’s a high-performing circle of people who don't just work together, they complement each other's spirits. It's built on deep trust, a shared vision, and the kind of collaboration that turns a common goal into something extraordinary.

At Atlas, we’re honored to have a team that defines this standard, led by two individuals who are truly in a league of their own. Sue and Belle are high performers in the truest sense, bringing a level of mastery to travel and event planning that is rare to find.

Sue is a 4-time Condé Nast Top 100 Travel Specialist, a distinction that’s incredibly hard to achieve once, let alone four times in a row. And Belle? She's a 30 Under 30 alumni in the travel space, a distinction that marks her as one of the brightest minds of her generation.

But their brilliance doesn't stop at the accolades. Both are certified Project Management Professionals (PMPs). To put that in perspective, the failure rate for that certification sits between 40% and 50%. They didn’t just pass; they mastered it. Let’s talk about that Grown & Sexy logo out on the dunes of the Arabian Desert for a second, because honestly, that was something special. You don’t see that every day. Who else does that? Nobody. That’s straight-up Grown & Sexy energy.

Seeing that logo laid out against miles of untouched sand, the wind carrying music through the air, it felt bigger than a brand. It felt like a moment. It reminded me of that final scene in Hancock when Will Smith stamps the moon with a red heart; something so bold, so unexpected, you can’t help but stop and take it in. That’s exactly what this was for all of us.

And the best part? Our lead Creative, Burt caught it all on video, "Grown & Sexy" line-dancing to Flex with the logo glowing behind them, the desert stretching endlessly around. That wasn’t just an event. That was history being made, stamped right into the sand.

When it comes to branding, handing out t-shirts to guests and staff is just the baseline. We take it further, especially with our tour guides who lead our land-based excursions. That’s where visibility and professionalism meet purpose.

Think about it... These guides aren’t just working within the group. They’re out in public, surrounded by hundreds of other travelers, vendors, and locals. Every time someone sees that Grown & Sexy logo, it creates recognition. It plants the seed of curiosity. But it’s more than exposure; it’s function. It helps G&S guests too.

Picture this: you’re in a new country, wandering a little too far to grab something from a shop or take an extra photo, and when you turn around, the group is gone. That moment of panic disappears the second you spot one of our guides in a Grown & Sexy t-shirt across the way. Instant relief. That logo becomes more than a brand, it becomes a beacon.

Here, for example, we’ve got Harrison, one of the most popular guides in , standing right outside our hotel, the prestigious JW Marriott Marquis, helping guests board their tour bus. All week long, he and every guide assigned to The Grown & Sexy group proudly wore their G&S branded shirts.

That one small detail, the uniform, the presence, the visibility, made two lasting impressions. One on the G&S guests, who felt organized and cared for. And another on everyone outside the group, who saw the professionalism, the unity, and the pride in how we operate.

That’s what I call a win-win.

The Grown & Sexy Desert Oasis Takeover was a hit. The feedback was nonstop; guests couldn’t stop talking about how they’d never experienced anything like it. The setup, the vibe, the whole night came together perfectly, led by Grown & Sexy’s founder, DJ KJ, whose energy and vision always set the tone for something unforgettable.

Pulling off something like this isn’t easy to top, but with our secret weapon, it’s never out of reach. That’s our captain, Sue Lobo-Brage , the heart behind every travel package we build. She crafts each one from the ground up alongside our top-tier travel partners, and it shows. Sue’s a three-time Condé Nast Traveler “100 Best Travel Specialists in the World” honoree, and no one deserves it more.

But don’t think it’s over yet... Grown & Sexy Dubai still has two more moves to make: the Magnificent Beach Club Event in Abu Dhabi tomorrow and the Epic All-White Party Friday night. Wait till you see both locations and realize just how much of it belongs to Grown & Sexy. See you there.

We’ve got less than thirty minutes left on this wild cruise aboard Dubai’s biggest yacht, The Lotus. Wait until you see the shots Burt pulled off! Everything from unexpected moments to insane footage of Grown & Sexy guests turning up on deck and partying in the pool we had opened just for you. It felt like a full-on takeover.

Once we’re back, all the photos and videos will be edited and cut into reels for everyone to relive. We’ll keep you posted day by day as things unfold.
