Lately I've been learning how to help my son regulate his emotions...and if I'm honest, it's been helping me just as much.

We're figuring it out together; slowing down, getting outside, breathing through the big feelings, and learning into prayer in the small moments.

I shared 5 simple things that have been making a difference in out home 🤍

This one feels a little vulnerable to share…

I’ve been reflecting on something I don’t talk about often, the fact that even with everything I’ve learned to handle on my own, I still deeply desire to be a wife, to care for my home, and to be cared for too.

This isn’t about weakness. It’s about calling.

I wrote an honest post about navigating that tension as a Christian single mom, and learning that who I’m becoming matters more than what I’ve had to carry.

If you’ve ever felt this but didn’t know how to say it, you’re not alone 🤍

I know this might sound unpopular, but I don’t actually enjoy being the strong independent woman all the time. I don’t enjoy being the one to make all the decisions or the one who has t…

Life Changes: Letting God Guide My Journey

Quick update on the life of Nathaly & Sebastian Hi There! Wow it’s been a minute, but I’m so happy to be back typing and getting thoughts out in writing. Life lately has been unbelievable…in the best ways. God has really shown his hand in my life and played some truly amazing cards. Rather than jumping in for random posts I want to truly update you on a few life changes and where it kind of all started....

When anger feels justified, obedience still matters.
Psalm 37 has been grounding me in this season — reminding me to trust God with what I don’t need to carry.

I shared an honest reflection on navigating anger as a Christian and choosing obedience without becoming bitter. 🤍

I had to restart 75 Hard — and I’m not ashamed of it.
Not because I quit, but because I chose honesty over shortcuts.

The challenge isn’t the workouts or the water.
It’s the discipline to show up every day, even when life is full and you’re tired.

I shared why I restarted, what I learned, and why I’m starting again with clarity instead of guilt.
