• We set out on an to find the along the hiking trails today and guess what?! We did! We also saw some suspicious 🐾 and 💩 (bobcat maybe?) AND we got a little dirty along the way. 🙊 Davey almost lost a pair of in the mud/quicksand and I almost missed a conference call, but we had so much fun and it was totally worth it! •

Tastes like home! Some of our favorite Thai tacos made in our beautiful Serenbe kitchen (see last photo!)...

Those who know me know I 💕LOVE💕 to cook! Davey’s grandmother is from Thailand and I learned several Thai dishes from her early on that have remained staples in our diet. I love the flavors of Asian food and once you have a few key ingredients, there’s so much you can make! Our kitchen here is stocked with all the cook equipment you need for a meal like this. Besides the basic knives, utensils, cutting boards, pots & pans, etc. we also used the julienne peeler, rice cooker, and multi-sized Pyrex mixing bowls with lids. Oh, and the 🍷 opener. 😉
