Still somewhat speechless. For how this all went down. It couldn’t have gone any better besides maybe shooting with my dominant hand 😂. But this hunt just makes you reflect on present season and past season for all the things that can go right and go wrong.

You can go out put all the time in and still come empty handed or have bad luck like we did last year. But I’m a person that loves the outdoors tremendously and have leaned to respect it as well. I may not know it all and I may not know the correct terminology of everything also. But at the end of the day we as hunters go out to learn, pass on traditions and feed our family’s.

I lost my dad not to long ago and it sucks. It being able to enjoy these memories together. But I have been super greatful to have my great uncle to go out with me to this day.

I wish I was able to get this hunt on camera but my camera died right before this and didn’t bring an extra battery.
