We’re really excited to share the first one-of-one Leone Brandt original painting, created to commemorate one of our guests’ safari experiences.

This painting is headed to Arizona and we can wait to see it up on a wall for all to appreciate!

Leone paints every piece in her studio in South Africa, and each one is completely original. No prints. Guests can commission a painting inspired by their own safari, or choose from the small collection of original works we keep here in the U.S.

For us, it’s about giving our guests something really special to take home. Something that brings back the memories of Africa every time they look at it, and hopefully becomes a piece that stays in the family for generations.

Along with Mikhela’s incredible handcrafted leopard pendants, which we give exclusively to our guests, these paintings are another very personal way we’re trying to make a Brandt Safaris experience something that lives on long after the safari is over.

This incredible painted reed frog is a perfect example. Barely the size of your thumb, yet dressed in some of the most spectacular colors and patterns you’ll find anywhere in Africa.
